  • Shipping address for order fulfilment
  • Payment slip images for bank transfer / PromptPay verification
  • Purchase history and preferences
  • Conversation history from LINE
  • Website cookies and usage data: essential, analytics and advertising (see section 7)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Process and fulfil your orders
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
  • Send marketing emails (only with your explicit consent)
  • Measure how the website is used and how our advertising performs (see section 7)
  • Comply with Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)

4. How We Store Your Data

Your personal data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Shipping carriers (EMS (Thailand Post) / Por Lor Express domestically, DHL Express / EMS internationally) for order delivery
  • Stripe — for credit/debit card payment processing only. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1.

We do not share your data with any other third party without your consent.

6. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC Thailand)

7. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function (session management, cart state). Always active.

8. Data Retention

Order and payment data is retained for 7 years as required by Thai tax law. Marketing consent records are retained until you unsubscribe. DM conversation logs are retained for 2 years for customer service purposes.
