Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sonaefurniture.com or placing an order through any Sonae channel (website, LINE), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted from natural mango wood. Because each piece is made by hand, dimensions, colours, and grain patterns may vary slightly from photography. This variation is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect.

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders may be placed via DM (LINE) or through this website. An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (with payment slip confirmation)
  • PromptPay QR Code
  • Credit / Debit card via Stripe

Payment must be received within 24 hours of order confirmation or the item may be released to other customers.

4. Shipping

We ship nationwide within Thailand via EMS (Thailand Post) / Por Lor Express. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

Shipping is charged by destination and order value: Free shipping anywhere in Thailand — every piece, any quantity, no minimum, Delivery is already included in the price, so nothing is added at checkout, Ko Chang and Ko Samui add ฿100 per order, Carried by EMS (Thailand Post) for the mango wood and Por Lor Express for the woven pieces. Wholesale orders ship free above ฿5,000.

International shipping is available on request at actual carrier cost, confirmed by email before payment. Customers may instead arrange their own courier or freight forwarder to collect; where they do, risk passes on collection by that carrier. Risk of loss otherwise passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. We recommend photographing packages before opening in the event of damage.

5. Returns and Exchanges

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items only, and we cover the return postage on those. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on sonaefurniture.com — including product photographs, descriptions, and brand assets — is the property of Sonae and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
