Sonae was born from a belief that Thailand holds one of the world's richest concentrations of living craft tradition. Mango wood from ancient orchards. Clay from fertile riverbeds. Rattan from managed forests. Plant-dyed textiles from generations of weavers. These materials were waiting for the right hands.
Our makers have spent decades, sometimes generations, mastering a single material. Each collection has its own process and its own team — but all are held together by the same belief: that what is made by hand, from real materials, is worth owning.
