Serving trays and platters

Trays and platters are the same job at two depths: a raised edge that stops things sliding, or a flat field that lets a cheese board read as one piece. Both are here, in turned mango wood and in woven rattan. The rattan ones are lighter than they look and throw a shadow pattern on a windowsill; the wooden ones take a knock and keep going.
