An octopus worked in coiled rattan, the arms curling out and back so no two sit at the same angle and the piece reads differently from either side. The coiling gives the body its ribbed surface. Sizeable enough to hold a wall on its own.

Handwoven by artisans in Northern Thailand from natural fibres. Because each piece is shaped by hand, slight variations in weave, tone, and form are natural — the mark of genuine craft, not a flaw.
