A globe at 19 by 19 cm, stained in an oak tone that sits into the grain and deepens it. Round forms take stain unevenly by nature — the end grain around the top and base drinks more than the sides — so the colour is strongest at the openings and lightest across the belly. That gradient is not applied; it is the wood deciding. Squat and heavy-looking for its size, and it anchors a shelf well.

No two pieces are ever the same — and that's the point. Every tree yields its own colour, grain, and character, meaning the piece you receive may vary slightly in tone or form from the image shown. These differences are not imperfections. They are proof that a craftsman's hands shaped real wood from a real tree — and that your piece exists nowhere else on earth.
