A white flake-dipped vase at 23 by 23 cm — as wide as it is tall. The white breaks up as it dries rather than covering evenly, leaving flakes of pigment with bare grain showing through the gaps. It is a finish that cannot be repeated exactly, and on a round form with no obvious front the flaking wraps continuously so there is no best angle to display it from.

No two pieces are ever the same — and that's the point. Every tree yields its own colour, grain, and character, meaning the piece you receive may vary slightly in tone or form from the image shown. These differences are not imperfections. They are proof that a craftsman's hands shaped real wood from a real tree — and that your piece exists nowhere else on earth.
