A bottle form in open lattice with a tighter woven collar at the shoulder, so the shade has one solid band and is otherwise all pattern. On a table it throws the lattice across the wall behind. The collar is what holds the neck rigid.

Handwoven by artisans in Northern Thailand from natural fibres. Because each piece is shaped by hand, slight variations in weave, tone, and form are natural — the mark of genuine craft, not a flaw.
