The large exposed-wood bowl at 25 by 20 cm and 8 deep, with the bark rim left intact around the outside. Unsealed, so the interior keeps its pale raw tone against the dark natural edge — the contrast is the whole piece, and it is entirely the tree's doing rather than a finish. Deep enough for fruit or salad, wide enough to hold the middle of a table on its own. It takes oil well and gets warmer in colour every time you feed it.

No two pieces are ever the same — and that's the point. Every tree yields its own colour, grain, and character, meaning the piece you receive may vary slightly in tone or form from the image shown. These differences are not imperfections. They are proof that a craftsman's hands shaped real wood from a real tree — and that your piece exists nowhere else on earth.
