Lacquer Lidded Jar

Coming SoonHand-made

Flattened like a pebble and lacquered to a high gloss, with a black lid that climbs in narrow steps to a small finial. Black against bright colour gives it the look of a spinning top. Made in yellow and in orange; the two tones sit close enough to look like one family when placed side by side.

Every piece is made by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Yours will follow the design you see here, with small differences in shape, colour and texture that make it one of a kind. That is the beauty of handcraft, not a flaw.
