Marbled Squat Vase

Coming SoonHand-made

Most of this squat, round vase is marbled in sand, tan and white, swirled into tight horizontal currents. The shoulder and short neck are different: left as bare mango wood with the tool marks showing. The boundary between the two surfaces wanders round the shoulder rather than following a straight line, which keeps the contrast between smooth and cut from feeling mechanical.

Every piece is made by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Yours will follow the design you see here, with small differences in shape, colour and texture that make it one of a kind. That is the beauty of handcraft, not a flaw.
