Turquoise Flat Panel Vase

Flattened rather than round, this piece stands as a broad, gently curved slab with a softly uneven top edge. That wide face is the point: it gives the marbling far more room than a round body would, and the turquoise and dark brown run across it in tight, rippling contour lines, like a map. Place it facing the room so the whole surface is seen at once.
